There was a race condition that lead to incorrect user permissions on
the sounds directory. The solution to use the preStart script is better
and fixes this issue as well.

Fix config file permission issues
...
/etc/pretix/pretix.cfg was deployed with read-only permissions for root
user and group only. This change removes /etc/pretix/pretix.cfg and
passes the path to the configuration via environment variable. It also
makes use of systemd LoadCredentials.
