* Created .default_rules reference
* Renamed "Linux amd64 AppImage" build to "Linux amd64 AppImage Base"
then extended "Linux amd64 AppImage" to automate local runners
* Renamed "Windows 64" to "Windows 64 Base" and extended "Windows 64"
to automate local runners
