ee84d892b8 Start: Add shell script 
Same as the batch file. Also edit the python script to work when
a venv is clean.

4d83d1aae4 Start: Switch to python script 
Direct python can be used for requirements checking. Remove the ps1
script and create a venv purely in batch.
